QWERKY T&C EVENTS BOOKINGS
By entering into an agreement with Qwerky Events Limited ("Qwerky Events," "we," "us," or "our") for the booking of events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets: Tickets purchased for Qwerky Events are non-refundable but may be exchanged subject to availability. Please contact us at least 5 days prior to the event to request an exchange.

Event Date and Time: The event will take place on the specified date and time as advertised. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed attendance.

Age Restriction: The event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. All attendees must bring a valid form of identification for age verification purposes.

Bottomless Brunch Service: The bottomless brunch service will end promptly at the designated time. No refunds or extensions will be granted for any unused portion of the brunch service.

Behavior Expectations: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards performers and other attendees. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, aggression, or excessive intoxication, may result in removal from the event without refund.

Entry and Service Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who appears intoxicated, exhibits disruptive behavior, or fails to comply with event policies.

Performer Lateness: If a performer is late, resulting in a delay in the commencement of the event, attendees will not be entitled to a refund for the portion of the event affected by the delay. Qwerky Events will make every effort to promptly secure a replacement performer to minimise the impact on the brunch experience.

Force Majeure: Qwerky Events shall not be liable for any issues that may occur outside of our control, including but not limited to building issues, flooding, electrical problems, adverse weather conditions, or Covid-related restrictions. In the event that such issues arise and result in the cancellation of the event, refunds will only be provided if the event is canceled or postponed by Qwerky Events and if it affects more than 50% of your brunch.

Lost or Stolen Items: Qwerky Events is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.

Photography and Videography: By attending the event, you grant Qwerky Events permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media posts, and website content.

Liability Waiver: Attendees acknowledge that participation in the event involves inherent risks, and Qwerky Events shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event.

Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold Qwerky Events harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their attendance or participation in the event.

Event Location and Time: Qwerky Events reserves the right to move any event location and time for and reason. The change of location will be within a reasonable distance and the time will be + or - 2 hour form your original booking time. We will contact you at least 12 hour before where possible via the email provided.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Qwerky Events reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

QWERKY T&C HIRE
By entering into an agreement with Qwerky Events Limited ("Qwerky Events," "we," "us," or "our") for the hire of equipment and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Equipment and Services: Qwerky Events agrees to provide the specified equipment and services as outlined in the agreement. Any additional equipment or services requested beyond the scope of the agreement may incur additional charges.

Hire Period: The hire period will commence on the agreed start date and will terminate on the agreed end date as specified in the agreement. Any extension of the hire period must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may be subject to additional charges.

Care of Equipment: The hirer agrees to take reasonable care of the equipment during the hire period and to return it to Qwerky Events in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear accepted. The hirer will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the hire period and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Payment Terms: Payment for the hire of equipment and services is due in full prior to the commencement of the hire period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Late payments may be subject to late fees and interest charges.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of the hire agreement must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to the agreed start date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the agreed start date.

Insurance: The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for the hired equipment during the hire period, including but not limited to public liability insurance and equipment insurance.

Health and Safety: The hirer agrees to comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines applicable to the use of the hired equipment and services. Qwerky Events will provide any necessary safety instructions and guidelines for the use of the equipment.

Indemnification: The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold Qwerky Events harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the hired equipment and services.

Termination: Qwerky Events reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement at any time if the hirer breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. In the event of termination, the hirer will be liable for any outstanding payments and any costs associated with the return of the equipment.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Qwerky Events reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
