9. Is the karaoke room suitable for large groups?
Our karaoke room accommodates up to 55 guests comfortably. For larger groups, please contact us to discuss options.

If your group size falls below 10 people on the day of the event, QWERKY Events reserves the right to cancel the booking without issuing a refund.
2. Self-Service Karaoke System
Our karaoke system is self-service, meaning you and your guests will operate the equipment throughout the event. We provide clear instructions to ensure smooth usage.
For events with groups of 30 or more people, a dedicated host or technician will be provided to manage the system, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Event Cancellation Due to Group Size
If fewer than 10 people arrive on the day of the event, QWERKY Events will be unable to proceed with the karaoke hire, and the event will be cancelled with no refund.
To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your group meets the minimum requirement prior to booking.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event.
Refunds will not be issued for group size reductions, last-minute cancellations, or failure to meet the minimum group size requirement on the day of the event.
In the rare case that QWERKY Events cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
5. Equipment Usage
As the event is self-service (unless your group is over 30 people), you are responsible for operating the karaoke equipment. Any damage caused to the equipment during your event will result in additional charges.
6. Event Rescheduling
